Ardupilot quick start guide

Airspeed sensors are best paired with fixed-wing type airframe
In MissionPlanner, set ARSPD_TYPE to 1 for MS4525 or 4 for MS5525. Write Parameters and power cycle the flight controller.
Once configured, you should see airspeed data on the main UI or the status list:

PX4 quick start guide

In QGC, set SENS_EN_MS4525DO or SENS_EN_MS5525DS to enable. Reboot Vehicle or power cycle the flight controller.

Once set, you should see the airspeed reading on the main interface:
